Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident vaulting your estate documents with VerAuth. This page describes how cancellations and refunds work for each kind of purchase. The plan name and price on this page reflect the SKUs offered at verauth.net at the time of this update.

Annual subscriptions

Applies to:

  • Essential Vault — $99 per year
  • Attorney-Assisted Vault — $199 per year
  • Physical Vault (Yearly) — $399 per year
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing refund@verauth.net.
  • Within 14 days of your initial charge, you can request a pro-rated refund of the unused portion. We process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Renewal charges are not refundable, but cancellation immediately stops the next renewal. You retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

One-time purchases

Applies to:

  • Final Arrangements Package — $299
  • Digital Secrets Vault — $299
  • Succession Success Package — $999
  • Physical Vault (Lifetime) — $2,990
  • Lifetime Everything — $4,944
  • Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no execution actions have been triggered — for example, a physical vault has not yet entered production, or a succession workflow has not been activated.
  • After 14 days, or after an execution action has been triggered, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. We will review your situation in good faith and respond within five business days.

Monthly listings (funeral providers)

Applies to:

  • Funeral Provider Basic — $99 per month
  • Funeral Provider Professional — $199 per month
  • Funeral Provider Premium — $299 per month
  • You may cancel a funeral provider listing at any time. The current month is non-refundable, and cancellation stops the next monthly charge.

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • Most refunds settle within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your card issuer.
  • If the original card is no longer active, we will work with you to issue the refund another way.

How to request

You can request a refund or cancellation two ways:

  • Open account settings and use the cancellation flow for your plan.
  • Email refund@verauth.net from the address on your account with the order number or the approximate purchase date. We will confirm receipt within one business day.

Disputed charges

If you do not recognize a charge from VerAuth, please contact us at refund@verauth.net before opening a dispute with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue more quickly than a chargeback can.
